Our Group Executive Coaching is composed of a series of Tele-Workshops conducted as telephone conference calls. Leaders become engrossed and excited because they find our Tele-Workshops so interactive with live experiential exercises based on their own cases. Leaders and business owners become motivated to learn with enthusiasm how to improve their emotional intelligence, interpersonal leadership skills, and coaching skills.
Our Tele-Workshops are often a cost-effective way to begin improving leadership skills, communication skills, and emotional intelligence. Studies show that this type of group executive coaching is very effective on its own, and that it is even more effective if it is followed up with individual executive coaching.
Our Tele-Workshops format of a series of telephone conference calls allows participants to join in with ease and convenience from any location, with no travel expense. And we also offer on-site workshops.
Spacing out the learning over several weeks gives participants a chance to practice new skills and tell us what happened next session. Skills learned are immediately implemented on the job and they stick. Studies show that spaced-out learning is far more effective than day-long workshops.
However, for those who want face-to-face contact, we do offer workshops on-site in corporations as a cost-effective way to increase performance. Smaller organizations can open up the workshops to participants from other organizations to share the cost.
We strongly recommend combining our Group Executive Coaching with individual Executive Coaching to provide the structure and practice that will significantly improve skills and work relationships. Our Group Executive Coaching Tele-Workshops give participants the skills they need to reach new levels of performance, and our individual Executive Coaching gives them a structure for practicing and implementing the skills back on the job.
Also, in our Performance Enhancement for Pairs Coaching Program, we provide a structure that gives participants a successful dialogue experience and immediate feedback. This unique program, combined with individual or group executive coaching, is especially powerful when it comes to improving key relationships at work.
For example, a business owner, executive, or manager could take our Tele-Workshop, Coaching Skills of Highly Effective Leaders, and then use our Performance Enhancement for Pairs Coaching Program to implement the Tele-Workshop while coaching his/her direct reports. Or they could take our Tele-Workshop, Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, and then use our Performance Enhancement for Pairs Coaching Program to implement the workshop while interacting with their boss or peers.
