1) Assessment and Feedback
As a first step, we provide an extensive assessment of client needs and possibilities. Most people think that assessment just means identifying problems. But we focus more on strengths and how to build on them. Our Executive Coaching is solution- focused, not problem-focused. Focusing on the positive, our assessment process not only improves self-awareness, but goes on to boost motivation to change. It encourages hope in new possibilities.
We will jointly tailor our Assessment Program to fit your needs. At a minimum we recommend the Myers-Briggs, DISC, and a 360 feedback program. These three things will give an executive an awareness of personality traits and behavioral styles, as well as feedback on how others perceive them. We will help each client identify his or her unique qualities and strengths; and we will coach them to build on these.

2) Action Planning
We assist executives to clarify their goals and to write an action plan. We facilitate their discussing the action plan with their boss or Chair of the Board. We get agreement on performance and coaching goals and indicators of success.

3) Development
Our customized program of Executive Coaching increases the executive’s resourcefulness and motivation. We facilitate the executive getting assistance from their boss and peers. Finally, we assist in analyzing results and communication with all concerned.
